  • Countermeasures and Mitigation via Medical Material Management and Distribution, Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions, Responder Safety and Health, and Medical Countermeasure Dispensing
  • Surge Management via planning for Medical Surge, Mass Care, Fatality Management, and Volunteer Management
  • Information Management thru Emergency Public Information and Alerts as well as Information Sharing
  • Incident Management via training, coordination, cooperation with Emergency Management, the Medical Community, and First Responder Agencies
